Bartender and foosball prodigy Luojing is only in his early 20s, but he has already been a noticeable part of three of Chongqing's best watering holes. He started out as a starry eyed bartender at Nuts Club and moved on to Flavor Lounge to learn from mixology master Jimmy.

Today he is the face and part-owner of Shapingba's premier cocktail bar, Pal's Fort. Potent drinks for big and small budgets, all kinds of beers and primo location in the heart of Sanxia Square, Pal's Fort has got it all.

Try the Conqueror, an incredibly strong blueish drink created by rugbyman and CQScene contributor Jarett Kolbe in honor of Chongqing's only rugby team.
