Coming out of nowhere, Mr. Brown busted onto the scene two years ago and offered one of the first “real bar” experiences (read: no karaoke and a real alcohol selection) in the city.

With two floors of seating space and an outside pool table at the back, this is one of the top spots in the Guanyinqiao area to get a nice drink without enduring awful pop music.
