Calling all cocktail lovers! There’s a new spot in town to help fill the kuai-worthy cocktail void in Chongqing! Located in the hip new Jiujie (九街) area (Guanyinqiao), Man & Tan opened its doors to the public on September 27th, and since then their mixologists have been serving patrons genius drinks in a chilled out, nautical atmosphere.
Word to the wise, don’t come here looking for, well, drinks… ie. those boring college-reminiscent rum 'n cokes, gin 'n tonics, and vodka sodas… but rather be bold and trust Ziv — head M&Tan mixologist — to concoct something special for you. In fact, the Man & Tan family encourages customers to sit at the bar and request drinks made-to-order instead of picking off the menu.
