Drypot 干锅

Drypot, or ganguo (干锅), is a variation on the popular local theme of hotpot. You are meant to choose the main ingredient of your meal, usually meat (ribs, shrimp, beef, rabbit...), and a pot is served to your stove-equipped table, steaming and ready to eat.

It already comes with veggies (onions, potatoes, pepper, etc.) but you can add whatever is available on the menu: noodles, more veggies, dumplings…

Fill the rest of your table with cold dishes and beer and you're good to go.
