Ciqikou (磁器口)

If souvenirs, chilled out bars and cafés are all you need, you don’t have to walk for too long. Ciqikou is filled with that kind of stuff.

However, we encourage you to look for authenticity behind the facade of the main street by taking the smaller passages and stairs. If it looks like a dead end, it’s probably more interesting than the overpriced trinkets or panda hats lining the tourist-filled main streets.

Red line to Ciqikou exit 1, 5 minute walk

Location:

Walk out of exit 1 at Ciqikou station and go through the stalls on your left, turn right on the main street (Citong Lu) and walk down.
