Who is Chicken Lady?  Where does she come from?  Does she know who she is?  Do any of us?

This investigative reporter consumed one leg muscle cut, and two sticks of wings trying to find out. (that's two wings per stick, so four in total ).  I paid with exact change so as not to make her wait while I fiddled with my my wallet, nervously, basking in her BBQ smoke shrouded aura of chicken wings that rival any wings from back home, exempting her from cliche standards of Eastern imitation Western cuisine, or so seems to be unanimously thought amongst foreign demographics. 

Local Chongqinger, Frank Pycha, was quoted in reference to Chicken Lady saying, "She seems to give us what we need when we need it." And continuing to say, "I've seen the Chicken Lady, and I think she does good chicken.  No, she does the best chicken." 

We attempted to interview Chicken Lady in hopes of discovering some small window into her soul, some small glimpse into her psyche, which must undoubtedly be burning with such a passion for BBQ chicken that the coals themselves within the grill over which she toils surrender themselves to her mighty fervor.  However, when questioned she only replied, " Don't come and talk to us, jut eat the wings and go."  Perhaps the local dialect was working against us, or perhaps she knows that if one peers too far into the void of her charcoaled oven they may never taste chicken the same way again. 

Who are you, Chicken Lady?  Is it more than mere coincidence that you and we ended up in the same place at the same time in this particular corner of the world?
