For years, Huangjueping has been the city's best kept secret. It has cool bars, a great atmosphere and loads of little shops, but it has suffered from its remoteness... hence the secret.

If you're too lazy to make the trip down here, chances are you don't really get (or enjoy) art. If you do, however, 48 Bookstore is for you. Offering a wide selection of art books in many languages (including english, yes) at reasonable prices, it's a surprise this place isn't on everyone's lips.
